PINK BUNNY

I am playing a match against the AI. I got out of my present game to go to the store. I come back and resume my game. In the middle of the part of the land I own is a Large Pink BUNNY with a 20 stat. I have not proceeded with my turn as I tried looking up info on the Bunny. Is this pink bunny going to be a one time deal or do you have to allow for it to keep respawning?
