like title says I cant get into Malleous house because its locked, where do i find the key?

Don't know how much of a spoiler you want, so I'll break it down to several answers.
Smart ass: They are exactly where Malleolus left them
More precise: They are in the house, on a hook next to the door. So you need an alternative way to get in.
Method 1: When Ulpius jumps down from the cliff, he crashes trough the pool. Making it save for you to also jump down
Method 2: There are some vines next to the door that can be turned golden with the golden bow
Method 3: Domitius who's guarding the villa can be persuaded with a gift. Like golden goose eggs from the story the goose that laid the golden eggs.
