Little golden sparkles

I suspect that any answer to this is going to contain SPOILERS.

I got ending 4 of 4. During the game I noticed little golden sparkles but I was never able to take those paths. I'd like to explore them now and would appreciate a pointer.

If you want to buy a hint first without the straight answer: golden sparkles
They are in-game hints to use your golden bow on them. Some are alternative paths to complete quests, some are paths to additional loot.

Ah, I never took the bow route because I don't like combat, so I avoided it when the dialogue tree warned me about combat. So I never got the hints. Thanks.

So, ignoring the palace and one way to exit from it, I found three patches of golden sparkles in the town. One is a way to climb into a mansion. One is up high and just a way to get some money. One is in the caves and way to climb over a high wall.

I did also use my golden bow to mercy-kill a peeled statue.

Did I miss any ?

Yes. One is an alternative route to the cisterns. And one is climbing a pole in the voting area.

Found the pole, and a route connecting the cisterns. Thank you very much.

Also, I noticed that the golden sparkles are actually fireflies.

There's also algea in the back of the pond, to climb on a ledge for a chest
And algea in the back of the lower cistern for a chest
As for non treasure, there's also the the goose eggs to turn golden as bribery for a certain person
