Secret endings

I have read in review above (czech language only) that there are 4 endings. I got only 2 of them. I want to ask how to get remaining 2. I presume that one secret ending is when I find al shoes.

When you get off the cart at the end you can go left, instead of right.
Drop down to a cave and follow the crow.

I don't know how you get the 4th, I think you're right. Maybe collect all shoes.

Are there any clues to who the "orange" guy with the shotgun is after our main character gets shot at end?

I believe it is the father of the main character.

I collected more than 12 but still got Man vs Wild 0:1 ending? Is this intentional? Although I got the achievement he never wore boots.

Did you collect the final boots? They should be left behind Joe on the final stop of the elevator.

Is there a guide to find all shoes? I did my first run casually, and I only found 10 shoes, and I don't really want to play this from the beginning just to find my missing shoes.

Thanks a lot - talk about earning your golden ending. Yes, we're still in a crapshack world, and the possibility that the golden ending being scripted does leave a bad taste, but when the alternatives are death, death, and becoming an abomination, I'd say it's a golden ending.

I feel stupid for some of the shoes - I should have noticed them had I paid more attention. The underwater shoes in Day 3 Arena 3 and the Tin Foil shoes in Day 4 Arena 1 were definitely ones I wouldn't have picked up on casually.

Dude... Never seen anything like.... a Game developer(am i right?) helping a player directly about an secret ending.... it really ... is ... um.... well... that's a shortcut to gain respect... i mean it in the good way
