how to get new ship and new commander?

anyone can help? don't know how to get new dlc ship and commanders.

I got unlocked 1 ship. Kronos.
Seems like just need to beat the ship and finish the run.
Go for the blue icon in map.

Another in listing show "Defeat all Phalanx in their system"
I don't understand the meaning.
There is 1 run I go for all blue marker and destroy all Pragma enemies, but still no unlock after victory

The Phalanx have a red marker on systems they are in; in those system there will be a Phalanx ship on each location if you beat all of them you'll unlock the Phalanx ship. To unlock the Pragma ship you need to fight a Pragma ship and during the fight it spawns 3 little things in the battle map those things have an ability which gets interrupted by damage you need to keep the ability from going off and win the fight.
