hows the coop play
is it kinda coop but working solo and other friend working solo also like this?

Everyone in multiplayer works on their own career, but with the automatic invite system you can join your friends to do missions that have the same destination, it is a coop experience as you load together with your friend and then make a convoy to reach the destination point. I can suggest you watch some multiplayer footage if you want to learn more.
