Whilst Football Manager 2019 Touch can be purchased on PC/Mac as well as different mobile OS you only get the PC/Mac version free when you pre-order Football Manager 2019, if you want it on another format you need to purchase it via the appropriate App Store.

It's not really a con, it is something extra that you get for free on PC/Mac rather than having to pay for it.
Some people prefer the Touch version to the regular version since it's more like the classic Championship Manager games.
It also has cross compatible saves with Touch on other formats so for anyone that buys it on Android or iOS they can keep playing the same game across devices should they wish to.
