Hi guys, Can i use In-Game Editor to edit Work Permit?

As far as I know, you cannot use the in-game editor to edit a work permit directly.

However, you should be able to change a player's nationality (for example, give player dual nationality) and so bypass the need for a work permit.

You would probably want to do that before the work permit becomes "a thing" though or risk the game getting confused.

I have never tried doing that but it should work.

Maybe try altering the players national team stats. The debut of the player may be overlooked by the game. That's of course if you can in the IGE, I don't use it.

Just give him a second nationality, that way his main nationality won't be affected but he can play for your team.

Usually the WP is valid for the length of his contract. You can extend his contract using the editor. Whether that alters the WP I don't know as I have never tried it, but logic suggest that it should. Give it a try. Second nationality is still probably the easiest, as it won't affect anything really, except his ability to play in certain countries without a WP.
