Thoughts on 'Disable Player Attribute Masking'

Simple question, do you play with Disable Player Attribute Masking enabled or disabled (default)?

I have it enabled. I mean how realistic is it, to think that you could know the stats of every football player in the world? And it makes scouts worthwhile, otherwise I would do it all myself.

I don;t enable it, for the reasons Blacktyre says.

I have been tempted though, especially at start of game or when ,moving club when I know nothing and nobody.

I understand the realism argument, but do feel IRL most managers entering their first job would have a much better idea of player abilities than is currently given in-game.
