(Italy) B Team

Hi.
Since this year, Italian Serie A teams can have a B-Team in lower divisions (as happens in Spanish Liga) to let young players get experience. Juventus has been the first (and only) team to take advantage of this, and that's how it is in the game too.
Is it possible, for other Serie A teams, to sign up for B Teams too? I can't find the option to ask for it.

Ragazzi, qualcuno sa se è possibile chiedere la Squadra B per altre squadre di Serie A (oltre la Juve)?
