Football manager 2019 lagging on indox and in 3d game

Anyone have any idea why the game is lagging. The beta was working great and so was the full game when I first played it on Friday. When I went back later on Friday evening every thing was sluggish and the 3d game was very 'jerky'.
I have 12 RAM an i7 and a GTX 1060 6GB. I have the latest drivers.

have the same problem. both in the simulation phase and matchday. i tried to put it on superlow graphics, but it stills lag... GTX 1050 here sooo fm shouldnt bee any problem for me to .... it was like this in FM18 also

Found the answer.
Make sure you have the most up to date NVIDIA driver.
Right click on your worktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
Select Manage 3D Settings then the Program Setting tab in the main display.
Where you are asked to select a program scroll through the list to Football Manager 2019.
In the box below the progam, find Vertical Sync and change the setting to FAST.
this should solve the 3D game issue.
