Explain Tactical Briefing. Players are Retarded

I use tactics that are awesome, work i dunno, 95% of the time and yet, when players think my tactical briefing assessment isnt in line with their (seemingly majority) opinion, they disapprove. 1- I am the coach, they are not coaches. So, whats the point of the mini game?

Just ignore tactical briefings. Skip them or let a good assistent-manager do it. It's an annoying feature
