FM2019 Editor questions
Does anybody know how on the data editor you can make the Premier League a 22-team league rather a 20-team league? Also how to increase the number of substitutions to 5 and how to increase national team squads to 30 players?

it is possible, just look at the competition itself and change the rules, you'll also need to change the Calendrier

Where i can find FM19 editor now? because it's not on the steam anymore when FM20 came out. Never use it but just want to change league rule that is implemented in real life from this season.
