I would love a simple football management game, any ideas?

I remember playing Football Director on my Amstrad in the last 1980's, it was quite simple, you have a choice of about 5 formations and a choice of either attack or defend. That's it. And it was REALLY addictive. Great game.

I played Football Manager 2018 and bombarded by pages and pages statistics that it left me confused and overwhelmed. Where's the fun in that?

So good modern football management games that is easy to get into?

[/quote I have all the Football Manager games from 2008 up to 2019 i just started the 2019 version played 8 matches won 7 and drawn 1 they are all quite easy to play only using 1 manager 1 team and trust me they are for from being the best team you can get and its fun.

new star manager was surprisingly entertaining and might provide a quick fix.

that one was also quite decent. turn-based, a bit like a simplyfied blood bowl.
