Anyone explain Fickle and Mercenary?

i have a great player, blends well with fairly professional squad, plays well, talented player...but his personality is fickle...lol whats that mean?

Fickle would have low consistency, probably be vocal to the media and be bad at coping with pressure I would think. Maybe be loyal, so have low ambition.
Mercurial probably has low consistency, so good one game, bad the next.
I have never signed one of these players so I could be wrong, as far as other hidden stats go I wouldn't have a clue how they would be inclined, it's all just a guess on my part so take it with a grain of salt.

Yeah, well, when you have an intake of youth, you might see it. out of the 2 sets of youths ive received over 2 seasons...seems like 1 fickle and 1 mercenary. I have 1 fickle player in my 1st team and he is good. he is young but so far in mentoring, his personality hasnt changed. So not sure how to rectify it, but he seems fine so far.
