continue game timeout

Hello
I'm using "continue game timeout" as a 5 seconds everytime. Sometimes im not looking loading screen and game goes on.
but now i realised when i move the mouse, it does not continue. And It makes me nervous. Normally it was when i click a button etc. then stop.... now im moving in game or out game, it stops.

does anyone know how can i change this ?
