Really?
Curacao - yes.
Carabao - an energy drink, sponsors Reading and the Football League Cup in England.

You don't need to click links to find that out so please don't be so quick to jump on others before Googling it for yourself.

To the OP, there is some dynamics around Europa League qualifications, depending on League positions and cup wins so it might be worth checking the qualification rules.
Don’t think it counts if you win the cup in the championship? Not sure. Bit harsh though. Unlucky

Okay, never heard of that drink and I dont read the sponsor of the league cup in England.
It can be that Brexit is finally implemented in the game so dont win in Britain fellas

European qualification has historically been a thorny issue with UEFA and the FA over the EFL Cup (currently called the Carabao Cup, but previously called things like League Cup, Milk Cup, Capital One Cup, etc).

Each country gets a limited number of places for the UEFA competions. Second cup competitions don't always gain Europa League entry, depending on what teams in the country one what and other factors. So winning the Carabao Cup doens't always mean Europa League entrance, unless the same team won the league and fa cup (though that usually means the runner-up gets entered) and other things.

In my opinion, it's only the FA Cup winner, who qualified for the euro league, not the one of the league cup
According to the Premier League website, the League Cup winner qualifies for the third qualifying round of the Europa League, unless they've already qualified for european competition some other way. This sounds like a bug, so it may be useful to raise this issue on SI's own forums, as they actually look at those, unlike the steam ones.

Bit of an odd one - could be the fact Swansea is a Welsh club playing in the English league, but when they won the League Cup in 12/13 they qualified so you would still expect them to be in.

Probably best to raise the issue on our League Specific forum here and a member of our competitions team can investigate - https://community.sigames.com/topic/448262-england-official-league-specific-issues/ - ideally with a save game uploaded as described there so we can investigate directly.

Thanks.
