My wingers are swapping postions automatically

I started a new game unemployed and then got approached by Zenit. Took the job, tried a few tactics, found one that works and sticking to it. I didn't notice it at first but after a few games, I saw that my wingers were swapping positions automatically.

Is anyone else having the same problem? If so, please can you guys help me with a solution.

Never saw something like that. Propably you saw a corner situation and the right winger kicked from the left corner and then had to run back to his position.

I can confirm mine are doing it also which is annoying since they can't play effectively on the opposite side..

Theres no option as far is i know to make this happen. I guess both of your wingplayers play with the attacking inversiv role and your tactic say be more creativ. So both of your wingplayers meet in the middle of the field and maybe then because of more creativitie they run to spaces where they shouldnt be.

It wasn't only wingers, the midfielders were doing the same too. I had to change my tactics in the end to resolve that issue.

Thats what fluid/very fluid formation do.
Also there is option in team tactic for position swap, and there is option for individuals position swap

In the individual player instructions, their is an option to 'Swap positions with...."
Can be used very effectively with two strikers or two wingers.

Wow - if only most players did that instead of complaining about the "broken and inconsistent" match engine.

Seriously, the match engine this year isn't perfect - but it's the best it has been in years.

i cant find the "swap the positions" option in tactics
