Constant Lag with Monster PC

I get constant lag at the lowest graphics and i have a computer worth 2k... What in earth is going on? I can play FIFA and other high graphic games without any lag, but even with the lowest quality of graphics in the 3D i get lag...

I got a R7-1700X with GTX1080 and the 3d match is also lagging when watching in TV mode and the camera makes a wide move, even on lowest settings. Though the fps are high, around 140-160.

3D Match doestn´t lag for me
But open Player Profiles , click in Menu around is much slower like in FM18....
It dont makes a lot of fun if i search for new players and every profile open takes seconds....
only 40.000 players , 4 stars activated at the begin

Did you use your GPU? You may be using your integrated graphics.

I have the same problem since 10 days... I bought the game on the 2nd november and it was working fine... the game rates my pc 5 stars at maximum but even when I set it on the lowest graphic impostation it stills lag in between the menus. It is so annoying I can't play at all, I hope SI will fix this situation.

Have the same problem...have a verry good laptop but playin on 1 star graphics......playin with the same laptop Forza Horizon and the new Fifa...anybody help

Hi man, same problem here and I figured it out.
just follow steps.

Go to NVIDIA control panel (Right click on desktop click NVIDIA )
Go to Manage 3D settings under 3D Settings > Select Program settings > Select Football Manager 2019 (there will be an enxtension version ignore it and find&select it in ur PC)

Then,
1-Power management mode - Prefer maximum performance
2-Threaded optimization - ON
3-Triple buffering - Off
4- Vertical Sync - Off

Click on "Apply" to save the changes.

Step 1 is crucial, as game engine uses local HD graphics card to save energy.
Step 2-3-4 is for your preference (to get more fps)

If you're on a laptop changing the power settings to high performance in windows might help.

I followed every instruction listed above and none of them solved my problem. I'm quite sure the problem isn't in my computer... Game was working fine 7-8 days ago... now it's struggling even if the game rates 5 stars my pc... Please solve this I want to play...

when the game is running, press ctrl+alt+del
open task manager
press more details
take a look at memory, and CPU usage. You can use the lists to sort programs by usage, check to see if there is anything using a lot of resources (other than FM)

I have a 32GB ram with only playing FM.. not even internet or anything..

The steps in the FAQ might increase fps, but some like me do not have fps issues, but lags while the fps still stay very high. On my system I'm almost above 144 fps, where I cap it, and have lags like described before. But somehow this seems also to be dependend of the kind of stadium where the match is, so it can be better or worse. But again, fps are very high and constant, and the lagging happens when the camera turns from one side to another.

i play on the lowest graphics "very low" and without fans... very strange, also i checked the NVIDA and that was not the problem

Hi thanks for helping but i can't select FM19 , it always give some other maps. i bought the game with steam so maybe it's not possible?
