Player skills and stats are droping in Vanarama National League

am having such difficult time with FC United in Vanarama National League. i hate to coach big teams as i love to start at the bottom of my carrer in coaching leagues. So my point is if someone in SI can pls start looking into ,why players especially the young ones lose their skills so much, i have goten fmrte19 and se19 scout to see my players CA/PA obviously they r footballers at their own best. Now my issue is why are their skills droping (Iknow all that ground and faciolites and coaches stuff Not knew if anything PROBABLY ONE OF THE RAREST AUSTRALIANS TO HAVE CM96/97 with my Mate.Amazing that it even sold here since crisket and rugby r no1 sport.) if you can pls let their skills grow according to CA/PA and let em grow as they play football.I grew up oplaying Basketball, and at age of 16 i started to play football.Iknow what type of a player i was and became, so i know how well it takes for a youth to develop,i was quick on wing strong (Balkan Croatian runing over Ausiie kids hehe) not much of technique but could asist and create a play since i played basketball and knowing how to move into positions. So pls look into grass roots and see for your self SI that young people deveol into anything they can be.Unles tyhey are lazxy and got mumies to cry to and daddys to beg $$ off.
I raved off, but let them skills grow man! They play like i did all day mate.
Australia did not have best turf u get blood blisters around your toes but the coaches are really good, SI u need to allow players to develop according to their playing time and more often skills should be better. I trained and train in 40+ degrees since i been living here in Australia since 1993. Can image whats its like back home(Croatia) when u all in europe develop in indoor facilities, in OZ its always outdoor, People dont really trian technical football in Australia indoor since its all about runing and long ball style. not much diff in that style to English football.u all got 2003 and onwards bit more technical thanks to riuch tycoonists to show u all a bit of football apart from hacking and choping.

And this aint the first time that skills in fm drop without a warning.It becomes so Negative it discussets me so badly. Every fm outhere i purchased i enjoyed training i always handled and even now when i allow my coaches to do their work on my players it goes to shambels.WHy does this game poses soo much negativity ?
Why is it when i go foootball training in real life and come home and i say i am gonna play fm i feel crap inside i know every time its becasue my players skills drop and turn negative!?
Why is it that SI cant develop proper routine to allow thier skills to grow.?
Whach your skills on footballers and ask your self if its going positive how long until it turned from 15 to 16 and how quck did it trurn from 12 top 11 no matter what you do it always goes Negative.It is such a shame that such game does not allow you to develop players like the footballer really do develop.
4sure we are all not the same, but if i work hard on somethings i will learn it and develop it and bring it on the table, now i can always understand characters of a footballer have the nature of how they develop, but always negative in stats and skills from my point of view dont always play the best in fm.Which part does the computer analyse to allow my footabllers to play a fluent game?
4sure its hidden attribute but in beta you should be able to see why the players are not training so well? Or is designed that i Must coach Barcelona or Manchester, since they have all the skills in making a best player into something?

I dont know SI. its making me feel like i am basketball coach and they are playing ice hockey.
I am trainin what ever my assistants tell me, the i create a new Vanarama save and i train i take a full control and its just same over again.
I hate to feel dumb when i know that x=8 from 4*2 or that Sam has _work___ to do is so basic and untangable to figure outbut FM for years makes me feel like i have to allow my ai hidden attributes mess with my head and when i am wining in training i feel like MAN 2DAY iam having a best Cofee or hot chocolate u know, when i am losing to their negative training its like no matter how good this coffee is it still feels bitter.

Ohh and pls tell me how many kids deveopl Ulcer from this stress in playing FM, pls do a test and see how manby kids have maybve developed some unrare deseas in thier stiomachs when a computer just lies and says No Diego is not going to be best at dribling he will be the worst.

All that energy excitment that me as a person puts into this game has to spirally throw me to stop playing it and say how i miss Totacl club manager or even Ultimate socer manager 98. Coz i feel Negativity being insidea microproccesed softwar eto make me feel soooo crap that i cant even stress it out enuff at ya.

Ever drank alchohol and tried FM and when your brain is in gagging in so many effects on how and what you are doing wrong as amanagers you even do new stuff and BOOM negative players dont develop.

I hate to relate Realm to a gam,e all the time since i can speak Croatian and why cant another person speak 2 Languages?
See we aint the same but i have develped to even Reads some Arabic and to emphisies i kick arse in learning EWnglish to my fullest as to speak at level you may not have heared person speak becasue i can tranlate Croatian word to English that dont even exist.
So beaing creative wqhy is a game Punishing me for Pushiung its abilities to my 64 Bit cores and Random access memory to allow my multi- lingual style and skills i posess to grow this game on my feelings and my stats as a p[layer and not a 1 man developer who creates it his own way!

SI is FM played to store the data on your pc so when you start selling it has it got effect in your PC RAM that ytou played and now i am playing it to mess with bits and cores in development for a new user to play and take over from what it has been designed to (level of a game play)

In Europe , Africa South America, kids develop very quickly becasue they minds absorb anything that they love. Football in FM has got the best attributed footballers in Championship and EPL or Mid leagues and Top flights leagues, but thats not the case. In Australia there are sooo many new comers, like my frineds from Brazil, MAAAN the way they play football and what they can do is INCREDIBLE! Why not introduce the BAD AND UGLY side of Football in FM!??

The corruptioon!!! TH MAFIA the Governments who Gamble on players and Teams!!! U cant tell me that every player in top flight deserve to be in htose teams, its BS!!! so many people can play sports ands who are we to decide thaat ronaldo is at 20 pace , 20 shooting, when i know for fact that there are many footballer who can train and in trainig play better then Ronaldo but are asked actually toled to play simple football becasue they will be the oy Shots and coach might be Jelous that ghe has a star in a team.

Football is not all it seems on what you and i see, Sporets have soo much disrpect in and Racism that it is a war and u cant see it until u have leaved it or been spoken to by some1 in your family or close to your family.

How many young footrballers are out thewre used and left to wonder and looking for work becasue the clubs are devils!

In World of today kids are born into more athleticism and more risk takers FM has to be more intro knolwgdge of this. Like Crujjf, Ferguson bought hjim becasue he thought Crujjf will be like his father. Crujjf knew that so he backed of in training and did nto want to be like his father.
So many footballers out there develop and so many of them want to play, but the dirty side is its what the clubs do to destroy these young talents.

FM in that spotlight?
Buy Best and have Starts like Madrid but be arrogant to peoplke as a sports man?
Football is how much you can skillfullly out do your oponent and holding your grip for full 90 m,inutes. Football is not showcase like Baketball on how many passes you r team has but how many chances you make and how that Keeper feels.

SI should be going to Schoolsd and talking to children more about what is FGootball and how does a child see a football as whole sport.

Otherwise u all in SI might as well bring in the Politics and Country states of old ways of how Europe saw its self from 1945 to now, as people know who and what did in war and whcih countries did the most in war 2. As for Football in mid 50s 60s and 70s era showed how much Puskos, or Pizzi (Bulgarian) (Spanish) battled on a field to prove to the people that War was defensively and offensively equally fought accross the Europe. Now try to understand if you 20 on what i am saying, becasue i lived what we say a fully virtual life of knowing what is going on and how its developing to say that Football was a Massive Contribuotr to Europe and Border Opener and Specially in buying players from DSomestic Leagues and bringin them to new country.

Also this pplies if you like to manage FM in South America with soo much heat on rivalries gangs footballer being pushed to join gang to stop the violences to spy for their countries CIA's to say to clubs why the manager is on dead list, all these things make football not just me training players
