Tutoring young players

I cant find the option to have a young player toutored by an older player. Has it been removed?

its been changed to mentoring so players can basically tutor groups instead of just one player

One option is to create a mentor group through the Training interface.

oddly, though, you need to promote youngsters to the senior team(whilst making them available to under 18's) before they can mentor them....

It's obvious because in training and matches, the 2 players need to play together.Senior and U18 don't play together so they would never see each other. (If I understood correctly)
