Other clubs I fight to keep the best players and yes, I will play them until they breakdown and then perhaps look at sending them for coaching badges and hire the mas coach.
It all depends on the player and the club. If it is a team leader, club legend or has high Det attribute - I woulkd consider keeping them, playing them while they can still do a job and using them as mentors/good influences around the place.
If the club needs money, then they are for sale.
ps: all those players are performing nice currently.
What have they cost you to have them n the first place? Have they contributed to the club' history?
The problem with 30+ Year old players, on high wages, is that they can be difficult to offload as no one will pay the wages, but if you can still get value from having them around then why not?
9-10 around their 30s in a squad of 25 isn't a huge chunk to be fair - as long as they are still doing the job you want and tere is a decent age spread through the rest of the squad.. It comes down to your long-term transfer strategy which is what got you to this point in the first place.
Currently - You have an experienced squad of players and can turn this to your advantage. Build a 2-3 year plan, make decisions now about who you want to keep for the next three years, who you feel should be moved on, and what your squad should look like in three years. Plan to bring in/develop younger players to fill the older shoes and let them work together for a season or two.
A 2-player per year transition will see you right pretty soon without upsetting the dressing room and requiring large-scale transfer windows.
For example, in my Man Utd save, I sold tons of player even they played well (some not on purpose). I sold Sanchez before his 30, who got Apps 33(8)/Gls 10/ Asts 24 in a season, because of his high wage salary(compared to other player).
It is not hard to find suitable player in FM, so just do what you want:)
P.S.: I noticed that players tends to play in a team with tons of high reputation players than a hi-rep club. My Man Utd won all competitions in previous seasons, literally. And some of my first team players still want to join PSG that have some highest rep players like Neymar, Mbappe, Pogba.....
So, may be keeping some old players still have some good influence.
