"Who owns and can access the DLC and in-game content associated with a shared title?
A guest will have access to the lender's DLC, but only if the guest doesn't also own the base game. Guests may not purchase DLC for a base game they don't own. Any player may purchase, trade, earn, or otherwise acquire in-game content while playing a game, but in-game items cannot be shared between accounts. These items remain the property of the account that purchased or acquired them, whether borrowing or lending the base game."
Should I also send email?
"It is not possible to download/access the ingame editor on another user account with the family sharing method.
In this case, Steam does not let you install DLC's for games that you don't own."
And in next:
"As mentioned before, the ingame editor cannot be used through family sharing."
Now i reopened this request for a second time.
I reopened old ticket with nr 304492 but with same result. Ticket is again closed without any new answer from Sega.

Sorry but if all support from Sega looks like this we will not buy any Sega product anymore.
Thank You
"but in-game items cannot be shared between accounts. These items remain the property of the account that purchased or acquired them, whether borrowing or lending the base game."
As stated, with Football Manager DLC will not work with family sharing.
There is clear info about DLC's https://store.steampowered.com/promotion/familysharing?l=english

You mean your brother won't buy any Sega products anymore?.. It's been clear for a while now but your pretending like you have rights to make use of the editor while u don't own it. Your seeing it as DLC but u need to look at it as a in-game item.
(Guests may not purchase DLC for a base game they don't own. Any player may purchase, trade, earn, or otherwise acquire in-game content while playing a game, but in-game items cannot be shared between accounts )
So to come back on your latest post, yeah you are.
BTW to the rest: Sell your shares of Sega, Jordan and his brother are not buying Sega products anymore so the company probably will go bankrupt now.
Especially because in-game editor is visible on Steam as a DLC...
"Every little helps"
Thats all what i want to say.
