What’s this response for? Am I missing something here? In previous FM, you do your tactics prior to the match, set duties and instructions yeah? Then if you switch players around they automatically get given the instructions and duties you’ve set for that position. So why when I make substitutions are the players changing roles, duties and instructions based on what their most suitable roles are? If I switch a central midfield who has a support duty, I want the player coming on to do the exact same job but it’s changing it. Why?
So if you set the roles/duties on the TEAM screen layout (the tactical pitch), they will stay at that position's role. If you have a player with personal instructions coming on - he will bring the personal instructions with him.
