Trainer overloads player training which leads to injuries
I dont like (rather dont understand it) leading training schedules so I leave it to the trainer. But I have constantly to pause the training for a day or two for about a third of the players if I want to avoid injuries.

Why my trainer are able to balance the training load properly?

Do you mean that your players are running low on condition prior to matches? Or are they just constantly picking up injuries?

I mean they are picking up heavy injuries. And I think it is pointless to leave the training to the assistant manager if he is not able to set up a balanced training.
(I am still in july and there are already heavy injuries).

The medical center cimplains correctly that a third if the players are overloaded.

What is very strange, is that I get an training info mail from the very same assisstant manager that the (his) training is too heavy and he suggests an alternauv, lighter training.

When I adjust the training it asks if I want to take over the lead for the training.

This does not make sense!

I dont know what is the goal of your question. If you want to know if I am a beginner then I say I am a beginner and I want to learn although I have played maybe 4 different versions of FM and I have about 300h on 2019.

But I found something on the siggames forum which could be the answer:
„One thing you could struggle with throughout your save is fatigue is you aren’t using a Sports Scientist. The reason for this is that a Sports Scientist helps with fatigue throughout the week’s training schedules.“

Maybe an Sports Scientist could help the assistant manager to create an balanced training plan.
