This means you must have a player who the club has developed either through the academy / u18's/ u19's or was bought at 16-18 years of age and hasn't played a competitive game for another club and has been at your club for 2-3 years.

Sorry for the vague post. Playing with Newport county, and about half way through the season I was getting this message. Found that if you reduce your number of substitutes by 1 it allows you to submit your team but it seems to be working with full subs now. Cheers guys

'Trained at the Club' means the player ,must have been AT you club for three years between the ages of 16-21 (loan-outs aren't counted I believe).
'Trained in Country' is pretty much the same rule but the player has to have been AT a club in your country for three years between 16-21.
