The launcher should have in the top right corner the option (it is a drop menu) to change the text to English.

Its worth noting all versions are given on steam regardles of what store you buy it from so assuming you own it you should be able to pick english option.

Just an fyi Season Pass 2 + PUK + free scenario won't have english till Febuary 11th. Also to note I am unsure about the scenario/2nd pass having english but I assume it will along with everything else as they did with the first exclusive scenario they added english for it along with the game.
