Cannot connect to server?

Every since i installed a new windows same version. Just a fresh reinstall, my game does not want to connect to a server. I have tried checking on Hi Rez site to make sure the account is connected and it seems to be. I have verified my game files and all in order. What am i missing?

i did the firewall already tho didnt work
powershell indeed doesnt seem to work aswell

fully reset my pc the other night and was unable to connect to server on rogue, tried a few things nothing was working. found this thread and surprisingly it fixed the issue and I am logged in fine. thanks a bunch
