Rogue company wont launch (keeps crashing)

Everytime i launch the game it goes through the beginning titles and then once it gets to the actual loading screen it will either crash on a black screen or get to the logging in loading for a split second then crash. I've tried turning off in-game overlay, updating drivers, and downloading it on epic games. Nothing has worked i would really appreciate some help.

you might have to turn off the game overlay to get it working.
