Matchmaking system FAIL because it relies on poeple's integrity

Everyday someone trying to screw up the game for others.
Example: Just now I played with the "saint" teammate who even doesn't tried to shoot anyone for 2 rounds straight and he was definetely liked that as he danced all the time. So if he would leave - we could win because it only spends out tickets.
This things happens around 2-5 times daily. Others just leaving or trying to surrender whole rounds.
Yesterday I remember the same guy with the nickname "Sorry" and it did nothing but die for 3 rounds. When I see such type of nicknames in preview I already feel that its gonna be bad game as another disabled biomachine has prepared everything to shake people's nerves. One time it was the man with the nickname "Seedless pool" and guess what he did? Streaming very NOISE music, doing nothing but die, and leave after 2 rounds after making sure that we will not win.

So what I wanna say that I really in love with that game but I already start to receive more bad emotions than positive by playing this.

The whole problem is Matchmaking. It relies on poeple's integrity, and in this world if you rely on something ephemeral as "poeple's integrity" you gonna loose and be killed like jewsus crist lol. for 100%)))

Problem solving: 1. Constant moderator team to catch the suspects and give 1 year hardware BAN. 2. Creating the Matchmaking to be like in CS where is infinite striking in each server room so everyone can connect and shoot, so that if everyone leaves it can be quickly replaced with the new player.

Today same situations and not only one. My last 2 games today was same as above. Can anyone suggest the same game but with honest matchmaking? and banning for maggots?

I play Valorant, CSGO, Dota, LoL a bunch and man Rogue Company has some of the worst players and crazy amount of leavers I ever seen in a multiplayer game.

Like all these games are pretty bad because that just how multiplayer games are, everyone just troll or toxic and only way around this issue is usually by playing with friends as always. My god Rogue Company maybe one of the worst I seen ever and isn't really seen as a competitive game

Too many bots also because of leavers which really ruin the multiplayer aspect of the game.

I mean can't really be toxic in this game with no text chat and hardly anyone uses microphone but everyone seem to quit or disconnect. When people use microphone, all I hear is the damn TV or they are blasting music

I really love thirdperson shooter and the gunplay but man this game doesn't feel like a multiplayer game at all.. always feel like everyone disconnect and I end up always fighting bots
