Cutscene Sound Not Working?

Now, this might be a ME problem and I have to figure some setting out... but I'm playing on my Macbook Pro using a dualboot (parallels) and the sound works for the game, but not the cut scenes.

Just trying to figure out if this is a me problem or if anyone else is experiencing this. Thanks in advance!

The game uses system codecs for the video cutscenes (there are two of them in total). Modern versions of Windows should come with all the necessary codecs preinstalled, but you can try installing a codec pack like K-Lite. Or if you already have one, try uninstalling it.
