to get wargreymon i need all the way moral?

so to get metal greymon and wargreymon i need moral all the way?

Yup, you are right, just keep Moral as highest among the 3 and proceed till the end.

Champion and Ultimate level evolutions happen before the route split and depend on what's your currently highest Karma. So if your highest Karma is Moral, you'll get Greymon and MetalGreymon.

The route split happens before the Mega evolution, and at the point of the route split, you can choose between your highest and second highest Karmas. For example, if you have Moral at 40, Wrathful at 39, and Harmony at 20, you'll be able to choose between the Moral and Wrathful routes.

Now, while Champion and Ultimate depend entirely on your current Karma, Mega depends entirely on your route. In the example I gave, you have the option to start the Wrathful route even though your highest Karma is Moral. This will automatically lock your Mega to the Wrathful Mega, even if at the point of evolution your highest Karma is still Moral.
