no japanese text?

curiously, why isn't there an option for Japanese text?

Well theres not even a japanese version for the game. If you are living in japan you cant even buy the game on steam. They probably want the japanese players to stay on consoles. That often happens, who knows what kind of deals the companies have.

Most, if not all, Bandai Namco games have no japanese text option when released to the west for some reason

From what i know Japanese version only on Nintendo Switch, PS4.

Windows, Xbox One have only have wordwide version (aka. english)

it's also weird that the japanese switch version has english text but the american version doesn't

so yeah it's basically just a way to keep jp players from purchasing outside of their region and console
