Freezing after prologue cutscene

Am I the only one? Literally get stucked in a white screen after prologue cutscene. I also tried to skip the cutscene and it still freeze

Based on what people have reported, besides maybedrivers or something it doesn't really seem hardware related to me.
If we could just get an upload to mega or google drive or something it could end up being the quickest way past this for now.

Yeah, the only difference was what color the screen was frozen for me. (White if you watch it. Dark if you skip.)

It already played videos before this one. This one seems to be right before switching to the "main game" though.

My desktop got past it without issue. (only difference in game settings from steam deck was I put it to Windowed as opposed to Borderless or Full) I'll upload a public save file if no one is working on it.

Move the save into \AppData\LocalLow\©BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc_\DIGIMON SURVIVE\Savedata\[your steamid]

If you don't know how to get to AppData press Win+S and type in %appdata%

Good news is there only 4 movie files in the games directory. 3 different language versions of this movie that is blocking everyone and one other which I'm assuming is the intro when you launch the game.

You guys were able to relaunch the game after the crash? Guess I'm in another world of pain than most people xD (rtx 2070 i7 10th laptop btw)

Found a fix for me!
I used the CCCP codec video pack. I uninstalled this and installed the VLC video pack and it works!!!!!! Here is the link for the codec pack! Hope it works for more people
