Freezing after prologue cutscene
Am I the only one? Literally get stucked in a white screen after prologue cutscene. I also tried to skip the cutscene and it still freeze

ok i found exactly what is needed to fix the freeze\crash on cutscene IF you have k-lite installed. you DO NOT have to uninstall it. simply open the tweak tool for klite(C:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\Tools\CodecTweakTool.exe) and change 1 setting
Under Codec and Filter Management, goto "Preferred Splitters", then change the 64bit .MP4 to "Use Merit". apply and close. play.

It's working on the Deck without problems.
However, the buttons are still not displayed correctly

Simply go and search for the controller community layout "working w labels" I don't know what kind of mumbo jumbo voodoo this guy did but with selecting his layout, LT and RT works like a charm and the controller buttons are finally on screen. No more white squares!

After I got it working, I never bothered checking back, but it is pretty nice :) And now: Finally no more white Squares :)

When you navigate to the games page in your library on the Deck, there is a controller icon on the right side next to achievements and playtime.
Then you go to current layout and switch to community layout. Then you can download it and set it as used layout.

new update fixed this problem. we don't need this troubleshooting again except if you are old file collector.

note: i am already tested it after revert to default for my video codec.
