Freezing after prologue cutscene

Am I the only one? Literally get stucked in a white screen after prologue cutscene. I also tried to skip the cutscene and it still freeze

Under Codec and Filter Management, goto "Preferred Splitters", then change the 64bit .MP4 to "Use Merit". apply and close. play.

yeah the same is happening to me i dont know how to fix it either ive tried verifying my files and installing some new graphics drivers just in case and neither worked

Same issue. Reinstalling didn't correct it. Tried different settings and display options. No luck so far.

I have the same issue where game freeze after the girl singing in prologue or even try to skip the cutscene.

I think its a problem related to how the game handles the animated cutscene. It sorta use our videoplayer and probably can't handle to return into the game after the cutscene end/skip
