I know nightmare bb is Canon but the jacko animatronics arn't so they shouldn't exist

That's not how canonicity works.

They aren't canon to FNaF 4, but are in UCN as different beings entirely just to torment William. Things can be made canon when they weren't before y'know.

They aren't canon to FNaF 4, but they are canon to UCN's plot. They don't mention being actual things before UCN unlike the other Nightmares, which kinda points to them just being made to torment the player in UCN.
