ok, i have some questions to ask you, to uderstand more on fnaf lore.

1) In what year is set fnaf 1 and fnaf 2 ?
2) who was the animatronic in the bite of '87

The animatronic who did the bite of '87 is unknown, but is widely speculated to be Mangle. Fredbear did the bite of '83, as has long been confirmed.

The animatronic who did the bite of '87 is unknown, but is widely speculated to be Mangle. Fredbear did the bite of '83, as has long been confirmed.

Soo, we know fredbear do the bite of '83. (Fnaf4) and it's ok.
But in what year it is carried out fnaf1?
Because if fnaf2 is on 1987, how the phone guy from fnaf 1 mentions the bite of '87, how is that possible?
Maybe fnaf 2 is before fnaf 1?

Yes, FNaF 2 takes place before FNaF 1, this is a well-established fact.

Funtime foxy is male implied by his voice in ucn. Mangle however is both make and female, because mangle contains parts from both a male and female animatronic, as when mangle talks, you can hear a slight mixture of a male voice in with her feminine voice

And Fredbear did the bite of 83. Foxy most likely did the bite of 87 in fnaf 2 because:
1. His jaw is noticeably broken
2. He out of everyone is the most likely candidate

As implied, fredbear killed tge crying child in fnaf 4, however, in another cutscene if you hover his character near the TV it will show a pixelated cartoon saying "fredbear and friends 1983" implying that it is 1983

Foxy's jaw is not broken tho, he just lets it hang open by choice. Additionally, Foxy unable to do the bite, as he was not yet in service in 1987.

Withered foxy was in fact in service even before fnaf 2 which takes place during 87. Also as phone guy implied, they were just too scary for the kids, implying that foxy was once in service. Whether the bite happened before or after fnaf 2 is up for debate
