2) Your score does not need to be an exact multiple of 700, but it does need to meet at least the new requirement value in order for the intermission to be unlocked. For example if you have seen 4 intermissions, that means your new minimum value would be 5*700=3500 points.
3) The Golden Freddy cutscene is the last one and is at 9800 points. That means there are 9800/700= 14 cutscenes in total. There is no new cutscene for 50/20.
Overall, the way the intermissions have been implemented is quite bad, Scott could have done better and made things easier to keep track of, but I guess Scott expected people to add 1-2 animatronics at a time as a build up to 50/20, which would make this issue non-existent, but in actuality people add more than that. I myself was going too fast, so I had to slow down, and eventually I timed everything, so that I got the final cutscene when I beat 50/20 (i.e. I skipped 9800 and just mean straight into 50/20).
