I'm not 100% sure if it wasn't mentioned elsewhere earlier because it seems like a quite obvious trick, but given that Dawko had huge problems with Foxy yesterday, I've wanted to make this thread. I have a trick that I've already tested, that allows me to ignore Foxy on the cameras, and get a winning run without any problem. I wouldn't say it's 100% win-rate, but for me, I've tried it like 6 times, and I've won 6 times.

In short, if you keep having Bonnie's figurine on the table, Foxy won't attack you. The problem is - how to keep Bonnie's figurine on the table when they are technically random?

From what I've noticed, when the Foxy's figurine is on your desk, this figurine won't leave, unless:

You've checked on Foxy.
Foxy has moved one phase forward. You can see him in the cove, looking out of the cove, leaving the cove, and gone from the cove. If Foxy's figurine is on, he will move at least a single phase forward.
The thing is, when Foxy's figurine is kept too long, he can move multiple phases at the same time. If you keep Foxy's figurine on your desk, he can likely leave the Pirate Cove even before 1 AM!

That's why you should keep the Bonnie's figurine all the time. The best way to do so is to wait until Foxy moves a phase further, and then open the camera, close camera, and get Bonnie's figurine. It's not that easy given that nothing indicates that Foxy has moved forward. But I've made some test, and when I see Foxy's figurine, I wait like 6-7 seconds, turn the monitor up, down, and the figurine is changed. It works almost always, for the four test runs I've had, I've changed the figurine like 20 times and it has failed only once (I still won the run). Also, when you're switching the figurines, you can always reset your ventilation. It should slow down the process, you'll have more time before another vent failure, and it should shorten the amount of times you have to flip the monitor up.

Example of a run with the "figure switching" trick. I'm doing it only on Foxy and Bonnie, 2/20 Mode, because I wouldn't be really able to implement it into a 50/20 mode run. If I could, I'd sent a winning run instead.

Another example run, this time I'm imitating 50/20 mode ("deathcoining" Funtime Foxy and "chasing away" Plushtrap). The characters obviously didn't appear in the run, but it was only to illustrate if the trick would work even given plenty of switching up and down the monitor in 50/20 you have to do every run. I've sadly forgotten to check on Toy Freddy and the ducts, sorry, but other than that, it works. The video shows two different successful runs.

tl;dr When you see Foxy's figurine, wait like six seconds and switch the cameras up and down. In 90% of situations, Foxy's figurine should change to Bonnie's. Then, stay as long as possible with Bonnie's figurine on your desk before resetting the vent (up to 50 seconds). By doing so, you can rely WAY less on RNG when beating Foxy. Also - Don't forget to reset your ventilation when switching the figurines. I've tried it a couple of times (with Foxy and Bonnie only) and won each and every time without even checking on Foxy's Pirate Cove.

I wonder if anyone can beat 48/20 mode with that method. It was really pain to beat it.
I recommend to wait for 7 seconds to use it because it gives more chance for the Foxy figurine to be switched to Bonnie.

Seriously, someone should test that trick with the Death Coin strat since I only get past to 1AM in some attempts. Most of my attemps in 49/20 mode are instantly dying because of trying to get enough coins for death coin. I'm not really fast enough to buy and get rid of Funtime Foxy before 1AM and if it's not 1AM, some always tried to kill me when trying to get death coin and someone like Dawko is super fast to use the Death Coin.

If anyone is going to try this in 49/20, tell me if it worked. And if someone uses death coin on 50/20, Tell me if you guys can last longer with that.
