Kellen can make his voice very deep if need be. And I think Chris McCullough hinted at him voicing Fredbear on Twitter.

Kellen has confirmed that he is the voice of Fredbear in UCN. The reason Fredbear sounds deep is because it was edited to be super ultra mega deep. Kellen has actually done the normal voice on video. Just edit the in-game lines until they sound like the voice Kellen has done.
