UCN don't Work and lag (A custom night não funciona ou fica lenta)

In my PC (and in others) the UCN it was too slow but after some updates, the game don't start after the screen of characters.Do you know what to do?
No meu PC (e em outros) a UCN ficou muito lenta mas depois de algumas atualizações, o jogo não inicia após a tela dos personagens.Vocês sabem o que fazer?
