Toy Bonnie and Vengeful spirit

Toy Bonnie was confirmed to have a voice actress but no one seems to have heard his voice. Were the lines cancelled or something or will they come in a future update ?
Also does anyone here know who is "Vengeful Spirit" ? It was supposed to be a character in the game, a child whispering to you but I really don't see who's that child. The only whispering voices I'm aware of are the ones from Lefty, the trash gang and the voice that echoes behind Orville, Neddbear and Happy Frog, that most likely belongs to Baby...

There is a whisper when you first start the game. On the screen it says lower your volume until you hear a whisper of something like that.

Yeah it belongs to the trash gang. It starts as a whisper and then they jumpscare you, a joke from Scott. But I don't think the trashes are possessed by a dead child... x)

They're under the control of all the discarded infants left behind Freddy Fazbear's in the 80s.

Doubt it. To be honest before the game was released I thought that Vengeful Spirit was supposed to be Cassidy/Golden Freddy or maybe the Charlie/Puppet.

Well if it's true I'm honestly disappointed. To be honest I was expecting the game to give us more lore pieces like answers for the Cassidy/Golden Freddy debate, but in the end it only results in a "William in Hell" theory (Don't get me wrong I like this theory a lot).
The cutscenes, as much as Iike them,(I think they're funny) do not tell us anything interesting though the one with Freddy and Foxy might hold some secrets from what I heard.

Whatever, what about Toy Bonnie's voice ?
