It's literally nobody. There is no canonical reason all these varying characters from different points in time exist in the same space whatsoever. It's simply a mega-mix of all the games in one. Stop overthinking it.

Some people think UNC is canon, me included, because of one crucial detail, the nightgaurd is heavily hinted to be William Afton. If this the case, UNC can be canon as the location could actually be the little slice of hell Afton was put into post FNaF 6.

It's not very big or important, but regardless, it's there. It's not like UCN will go in FNaF lore history or anything, but still.

The quotes from various characters heavily imply you are either William or Michael in a neverending hell, and that someone the player character "Shouldn't have killed" is behind it. It's not just random quotes, they definitely mean something.

"He is here and always watching, the one you shouldn't have killed"
"I am remade, but not by you, but by the one you should not have killed"
"Greetings from the fire, and from the one you should not have killed"

"You won't die, but you'll wish you could"
"The fire within me burns eternal, and now you shall as well"
