Well actually, I think that the anime is supposed to repersent the BV and the Foxy Bully from FNaF 4.
Just think about it, it's Freddy's birthday, and Foxy is trying to kill him
What do we see in FNaF 4? The Foxy bully ending his brother's life on his birthday.
So I think this might confirm that the BV is some version of Freddy.

Sorry I'm not really good at japanese, but some word like "子供"(Child) and "私の"(My) I can clearly hear about never appear at the subtitle.
Also I got the second Foxy anime, and the voice is EXACTLY the same but the subtitle is different, so I can ensure it's not match the voice.

Oh cool, thank you! Perhaps the voice is a narration, rather than voices for Foxy and Freddy? Mangle sounded a bit different, imo, but I've only seen it two or three times.
