That's just the thing... The sprites have multiple positions, and with no other Fredbear sprites, I see this as our only idea of what he actually does, the theory I have is that he appears and you must use the flashlight in a manner similarly to Nightmare Balloon Boy. I think you need to flash your light at him when he begins to twitch. No clue definitively though.
