I have no clue what causes this, on release version I had no issue, but in new builds it appeared.. It's not the pc problem because on ANY setting when I get on the bike it framecaps to 30-40 fps. Also randomly freezes sometimes while riding. On foot I have no problem and 100 fps. What may be the issue? I'm so lost....

Your Game is buggy, and redoing the Animations in a Game that you've already ripped your Community off with, isn't "fixing Bugs", especially when you are just creating more as you go along.
