Sadly, there seems to be a lot more required to make it work. Some of my notes here:

I really hope the devs eventually can provide a working scenario editor. In my personal opinion, I would prefer the devs to focus on the editor instead of mobile phone versions, VR and DLCs. In many games I play, the ability to make custom content (scenarios) is 50% of the game, if not even 70-80% once you finished or lost interest in career missions and wish to be creative. Again, just my personal view :)
