You have to start a new campaign. You cannot start SM for the campaign in progress. Best way to do this is to create a new player's profile in the main menu (top-right corner).

A players profile is a campaign profile, therefore you cannot start a completely new campaign on an existing profile. You can delete missions progress by selecting given mission and pressing DELETE key, but this is more of a developer tool than stable solution.

%APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Serious Sim\Radio Commander\Players
