Report a translation problem
This is possible to do, but requires multiple orders. It also depends on what you're actually trying to do.
For instance: If a unit has the same position as the helicopter after the helicopter has moved somewhere, the unit is probably inside.
Similairly, a unit will not be able to change position once inside a vehicle. If your troops can't move, it could be because they are stuck inside the cargo hold.
If you're talking about mission 2, the chopper has enough space to fit a bit more than one load of wounded troops from C Company platoons. This makes it so that one medevac order should be enough. Just make sure Green One refuels, as this is also when the last of wounded soldiers exit the vehicle and it has full capacity again ;)

I also didn't know that you have to wait several minutes at the base to get the wounded out. So i flew back with them still on board :)

To send the chopper to base you just have to chose it in the menue (arrow up or down)
