See if chopper is loaded?
Hi!
As title says - is there a way to see if my chopper is loaded or how much capacity is left inside?

Thanks

Hi!

This is possible to do, but requires multiple orders. It also depends on what you're actually trying to do.

For instance: If a unit has the same position as the helicopter after the helicopter has moved somewhere, the unit is probably inside.

Similairly, a unit will not be able to change position once inside a vehicle. If your troops can't move, it could be because they are stuck inside the cargo hold.

If you're talking about mission 2, the chopper has enough space to fit a bit more than one load of wounded troops from C Company platoons. This makes it so that one medevac order should be enough. Just make sure Green One refuels, as this is also when the last of wounded soldiers exit the vehicle and it has full capacity again ;)

Hope that helps!

Yes i was wondering because of mission 2, when it said my chopper is full when i tried to evacuate the thrid of the friendly platoons.
I also didn't know that you have to wait several minutes at the base to get the wounded out. So i flew back with them still on board :)

Thanks, you helped me a lot!

Where is the base? i see no base icon on the map at all and a copper load of guys and cant end this mission.? i have hours trying to figure this mission TWO out ..

the base is outside the map, you cant see it. The chopper needs some minutes to even get on the map.
To send the chopper to base you just have to chose it in the menue (arrow up or down)

Or just right click on the BASE destination and it will turn orange and the chopper will head home.
